Session 1 keypoints
- We arrive at Opeden.
- Morale heads to the tavern as the rest of the party heads to the guild building.
- As we approach the guild building entrance, we are stopped by two guards: A gorilla and a monkey.
- The gorilla wants to see our badges before he allows entrance.
- We show our Green Level Guild Badge to the gorilla. He denies us entrance to the building.
- We walk towards the tavern.
- We enter the tavern. Immediately we notice a ring where a gorilla and a bat are fighting. The bat quickly gets defeated by the way bigger opponent.
- Damjan looks at Norrix and nods, and Norrix nods back. Shortly after Norrix enters the ring as Damjan bets money on his victory.
- I see a bard in the corner and Morale at the bar. I walk up to Morale.
- ”Did you get in?” Morale asks. “No,” I respond. “We need a red badge.”
- I order two beers and take them to the bard while Morale is scribbling something with his makeup.
- I wait until the bard is done with his story and hand him a beer. The bard introduces himself as Aleksi, a story collector. He informs me about a quest regarding some monkey bandits on the road toward Narre.
- I look back to the ring to see how the others are doing. Norrix seems to have defeated the gorilla spectacularly. Meanwhile Damjan is counting his returns on the bet.
